Hardware Overview
SG8A-AGON-G2Y-Ax is an 8-channel GMSL camera adapter board specifically designed for the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin Developer Kit. Its MIPI interface strictly adheres to the standard 120-pin connector design of the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin, ensuring seamless compatibility with both the official board and custom carrier boards.
The adapter board supports up to 8 cameras and is compatible with both GMSL and GMSL2 protocols. Leveraging PoC (Power over Coax) technology, all data, control signals, and power are transmitted over a single 50‑ohm coaxial cable, significantly simplifying cabling and making it ideal for long‑distance applications.
