SHF5G Monocular camera module is tailored for physical intelligence applications, equipped with a 5MP global shutter sensor, high-reliability GMSL2 interface and compact 25×25mm wideangle lens. Suitable for robot perception and recognition, it can be mounted on the head or torso of humanoid robots.

• 200° Ultra-Wide Fisheye Perception: HFOV 200° and VFOV 150° capture a wide area around the robot in a single frame, reducing reliance on multi-camera stitching for near-field awareness, obstacle avoidance, and surrounding context.
• Global Shutter with Up to 100dB HDR: Global shutter mode eliminates motion distortion during rapid head rotation or body movement; rolling-shutter HDR mode supports up to 100dB for challenging high-dynamic-range scenes.
• High Frame Rate and RAW Output: Up to 60FPS at 2560 × 1984 resolution with RAW@10bit output, providing low-latency, low-compression-loss data for real-time visual odometry and closed-loop control.
• External Trigger and Multi-Camera Synchronization: Supports external trigger exposure and multi-camera synchronous acquisition. Sensor frame sync is controlled by the MAX96717 MFP7 pin, enabling stereo or multi-camera perception setups.
• GMSL2 and Power over Coax: Equipped with the MAXIM MAX96717G serializer and GMSL2 6Gbps coaxial transmission, with Power over Coax (PoC) support. The Fakra Z-Code connector ensures reliable connection in robotic platforms.
