SG8S-AR0820C-5300-G3A-Hxxx camera module is equipped with ONSEMI Semiconductor CMOS image sensor AR0820 and Maxim GMSL3. It has an automotive-grade sensor with a well-tuned Image Signal Processor (ISP) that produces exceptional image quality, which comes with an IP67-rated enclosure – is supplied with an AA lens that is focused and glued in our factory.

Integrated ISP for Direct YUV Output: On‑board GW5300 ISP outputs processed YUV data directly, eliminating external sensor configuration and reducing backend development effort.
GMSL3 High‑Speed Interface with PoC: MAX96793 serializer supports up to 12 Gbps data rate and Power over Coax, with cable lengths up to 20 m for simplified vehicle wiring and reliable long‑distance transmission.
Multi‑Camera Synchronization & External Trigger: Hardware frame sync and trigger inputs enable precise multi‑sensor alignment for surround‑view and sensor fusion systems.
Rugged IP67 Enclosure & Wide Temperature Range: Factory‑focused AA lens glued in IP67‑rated housing; operates from –40°C to +85°C for outdoor and automotive applications.
